The Center for Training and Development at Western Kentucky University supports the training needs of business and industry in South Central Kentucky by providing on-site employee development programs. The Center is your link to a cadre of professional trainers from Western Kentucky University. Our instructors are well versed on traditional as well as new topics and are experienced in working with adult learners. Over the last decade, the Center has conducted approximately 10,000 training sessions for well over 100,000 employees. Our instructors can serve as your trainers or supplement your internal training efforts.
