
For an SPC program to be effective, employees must apply skills they have learned. The fundamentals of Statistics, Introduction to SPC, and Problem Solving sessions concentrate on methods and rational behind SPC. This training session gives personnel the opportunity to apply new skills in identifying problems, gathering data, and reaching conclusions about in-plant production and/or quality related problems. 8 hours total.
The participant will: (1) apply SPC and problem solving strategies to solve actual production problems, and (2) practice functioning in a team-oriented problem solving mode while under the guidance of an external trainer.
This seminar is intended for employees who can influence the process related to a production problem. Participants must be a homogenous group of employees composing a team.
