Lean for Healthcare is a strategy for increasing efficiency by reducing or eliminating waste in the process between receiving the order and delivering the healthcare service. In short, implementing Lean for Healthcare concepts can make your processes safer and more profitable. One (7) hour session.
The participant will be able to 1) identify process wastes through value stream mapping and 2) reduce wastes with employee driven continuous improvement projects.
This session is intended for employees who are involved in the delivery of healthcare services.
