
By emphasizing a management theory organized around a specific project focus, Kaizen analyzes the superiority of continuous, incremental improvement over the more disruptive and random concept of spasmodic innovation within an entire system. One 4-hour session.
The participant will learn: (1) definitions of quality, productivity, and improvement, (2) the benefits of gradualism versus shock therapy, and (3) the essential importance of cost and quality improvement in a competitive marker environment.
This class is intended for middle and upper level project and planning managers but applicable to supervisory and production personnel.
