One 4-hour session.
The participant will learn: (1) guidelines for making fair decisions regarding hiring, work assignments, terminations, and other terms or conditions, (2) the implications of the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (3) the implications of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (as amended), (4) the implications of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, and (5) the implications of the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990).
This seminar is intended for managers, supervisors, and those involved in making personnel decisions.
