The current wave of ethics charges against both business and political leaders has resulted in a need for values/ethics clarification. This training session will provide methods for sorting out ethical issues and resolving dilemmas. 4-hour total.
The participant will learn how to set and maintain ethical standards as a leadership function within an organization.
This seminar is intended for managers, supervisors, supervisory trainees, and employees involved in teams or work groups.
