
This training session is designed to assist employees involved in the decision-making process. Areas such as inventory control, production integration, quality, and optimization of process operations will be discussed. Assessment, analysis and anticipated consequences of decision making are emphasized. 6 hours total. Two 3-hour sessions.
The participant will learn: (1) to correctly assess changing situations that confront them in a modern business and industrial environment, (2) to make decisions tailored to correct analytical assessments, and (3) to identify risk and potential problem identification.
This seminar is intended for managers, supervisors and team members.
