Membership is open to students of the following programs at Western Kentucky University:

• Marriage and Family Counseling

• Mental Health Counseling (Professional Counseling)

Requirements for membership into the Omega Kappa Upsilon Chapter:

• 9 graduate hours

• 3.5 or higher GPA

Membership applications can be completed at the CSI Membership website, and fees
are $35 for the first year with a $25 annual renewal, or $500 lifetime (which includes the
$35 application fee).
