Continuing Education is a unit of the Division of Extended Learning and Outreach at WKU. We provide numerous services ranging from Childrens workshops to Non-Credit courses for professional improvement.
Human Resource Management
Two programs are offered each year in cooperation with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM):
1. The SHRM Learning System
2. The Essentials of Human Resource Management
The SHRM Learning System is designed as a preparation course for the PHR or SPHR Certification. The Essentials of Human Resource Management (EHRM) course is designed to enhance the knowledge of human resource basics for new human resource professionals or professionals who are taking on more responsibilities within the human resource field.
