Event Management

The Continuing Education office partners with university departments and community organizations to provide a variety of event management services.   A Continuing Education staff member is happy to meet with you regarding your needs and then provide an estimated fee based on the services requested.  Services provided could include but are not limited to:

  • Marketing including brochure design/distribution and basic website development
  • Program registration (available online)
  • Collect fees with options for payment by credit card, check, cash or invoice
  • Order materials: includes pricing and ordering promotional items when applicable
  • Logistics planning: location, menus, room setup, a/v needs for presentation
  • Speaker logistics and travel coordination
  • Nametags or name tents
  • On-site registration
  • Payment of expenses: could include presenters, location, printing costs, meals
  • Development, printing and distribution of an agenda/program for events
  • Assemble participant packets
  • Debriefing after event
