Academic Regalia

Faculty needing to rent academic regalia must submit their request to the WKU Store. Regalia expert, Charlie Gancio, will be available during the Grad Fair to help facilitate Regalia purchase orders. The Grad Fair at DUC Auditorium will be Monday, March 19, 2012, from 10 am - 6 pm and Tuesday, March 20, 2012, from 10 am - 5 pm. The availability of caps, gowns and hoods is not guaranteed after the deadline date. The last day to order is Friday, March 23, 2012. ORDER FORM

Questions regarding the rental or purchase of regalia should be directed to Marcia Dodson at 745-5805 or Linda Harm at 745-5797. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery of purchased regalia.

Assembly Information

Faculty should assemble as follows for the ceremonies:

Graduate Ceremony - Friday, May 11
Assemble in the Auxiliary Gym no later than 4:30 p.m.
Faculty will march with their respective college.

Undergraduate Ceremony - Saturday, May 12
Assemble in the Hall of Champions no later than:
9:00 a.m. for the 9:30 a.m. ceremony
1:30 p.m. for the 2:00 p.m. ceremony
5:30 p.m. for the 6:00 p.m. ceremony
