GAP Score
Admission decisions are based upon both the undergraduate grade point average and the GRE General Test score. The two are multiplied together to get a GAP score. For example, a GRE score of 1200 and a grade average of 2.75/4.0 would produce a GAP score of 3300. The GAP requirement is 2200.
However, if you do not meet WKU’s GAP requirements, there is an Alternate Admissions Process, which students are encouraged to pursue. You can apply for this with the help of a Graduate Studies advisor and the Graduate Studies Office. Please contact Dr. Randy Deere (randy.deere@wku.edu) for more information.
