RN's Participate in Ag Safety Day

Twenty-three RNs enrolled in the Public Health Nursing course of the RN to BSN program participated in Ag Safety Day on Sept. 22, 2011. The students taught a variety of classes for 359 Warren County 4th graders, including sun, bicycle, water, food and ATV safety, home alone, chemical look-like, meth awareness, and healthy lifestyles. The Ag Safety Day is held annually at the Ag Expo Center and is sponsored by the Partnership for Farm Family Health and Safety and South Central Area Health Education Center (AHEC).
