Welcome to the Western Kentucky University Kentucky Association of Nursing Students (KANS).We are a constituent of the Kentucky Association of Nursing Students (KANS) and National Student Nurses Association (NSNA).

Our mission is to aid in the development of the individual student of nursing as a future health professional, support community efforts to educate and improve health care for all people.

Membership and participation begins with admission into the nursing program. Prior to admission pre-nursing WKU students (major code 586P) are eligible for associate membership and should contact an officer or faculty advisor for further information.
