Fashion Inc., the student organization of Design, Merchandising and Textiles (DMT), hosted a spring fashion show at the Kentucky Building on Western's campus. The Garden of Garments Fashion Show showcased senior DMT students' apparel designs and creativity. |

This year's Relay for Life was held on April 3 in the newly renovated L.T. Smith Stadium. It started at 6pm and went throughout the night. Even though the evening was cold, hearts were not. Many came out in support of the annual American Cancer Society Relay for Life event. |

The College of Health & Human Services would like to say congratulations to Dr. Donna Blackburn. She received a Women of Achievement Award for her contributions to college education and more specifically, the School of Nursing. The award was presented to Dr. Blackburn on March 27, 2009, by the Bowling Green Human Rights Commission at their 18th annual awards dinner. |

The annual CHHS Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, April 25. The banquet is held to recognize students & faculty for their outstanding accomplishments.
