Instructional Lab Policies

The Academic Complex (AC) building, just south of Minton Hall and Downing University Center, houses the CHHS Computer Lab for student use and is located in AC room 411 (4th floor on west side of building).

CHHS also houses 2 instructional Computer Labs in AC for Classroom use:

  1. AC 412 which houses 34 student computers and one instructional area.
  2. Portable Laptop cart holding 20 wireless computers for use anywhere in AC.

Please submit reservation request at least 48 hours in advance.

WKU Academic Technology manages numerous additional computer labs for student use and the locations can be found at: http://itdiv.wku.edu/

AC 412 reservation process

  1. Please make all requests via ASTRA on the internet, located off of the College home page. (http://astra.wku.edu/astraweb/index.jsp?start_page=home.htm)

Laptop Cart reservation process

  1. Email judy.english@wku.edu  the requested date and time (48 hours in advance).
  2. You will receive an email confirmation (see instruction/policies for process of checking out the cart from the CHHS Dean’s office).
