All the ACE lab computers now have the ability to create PDF documents from any program that is able to print. PDF is a universal document format that is widely used by the University. Many instructors accept PDF format when submitting assignments due to it's ability to maintain original formating and added security. As with MS Office documents, they can be transmitted via e-mail, stored on a flash drive (or the P:\ drive), or uploaded to Blackboard.

Just select File - > Print -> CutePDF Writer from any application (Internet Exporer, Firefox, MS Office (select the "Office" button instead of File ->), AutoCAD, Photoshop Elements, ect) to create your PDF document.
