Introduction
Welcome To SPAN Program (SPAN). This website helps you in making your course more efficient and quiz patterns more flexible. Prof.Larry Byrd, DIRECTOR of the SPAN program made enough efforts in sketching out such a user friendly website for all his folks to use for their Course Curriculum.
Span Chemistry
The Dual Credit Program is a partnership between Western Kentucky University’s Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO) and area high schools to offer qualified students the opportunity to earn college credit as part of their high school curriculum. Dual Credit courses are given at the high school during regular school hours by WKU faculty or by credentialed high school teachers.

Director of the SPAN Program.The SPAN program increased the number of participating schools to 14 under the direction of Prof. Larry Byrd.Himself and Dr. David Hartman presented the SPAN program at the National Spring ACS meeting. The Chemistry SPAN Dual Credit program, currently at 14 schools, under the direction of Prof. Larry Byrd had an enrollment of over 400 students last year, with almost 80% registering for college credit.
