Eligibility Requirements
The WKUCCC Early Head Start, Head Start and child care programs actively recruit children regardless of race, sex, creed, color, national origin or disabling conditions. WKUCCC is open to individuals in the community, as well as students, faculty and staff at WKU.
The following Federal guidelines are used to determine eligibility for Head Start / Early Head Start programs:

For families/households with more than 8 person, add $4,020 for each additional family member.
**Poverty Guidelines are set by the Federal government and are updated each year. Income means total cash receipts before taxes from all sources, with few exceptions. Some Head Start environment opportunities and all Early Head Start services are available year-round.
