As a faculty or staff member there are many ways you can partner with The Center to assist students articulate a vision for their future. The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) staff members regularly partner with faculty in the following ways:
Classroom Presentations: Bring your class to us!
We can speak to your class about several career related topics including:
- Overview of the Center for Career and Professional Development
- Help students decide a major or career path
- The benefits of internships/co-ops
- Job search preparation
- Interviewing skills
- Resume development
- Career fair preparation
Also, we can customize presentations to meet whatever needs you have.
Student References: Legal Issues in Recruiting
The Center can be a source of information for faculty regarding legal guidelines for recruiting and providing references. If you have any questions or concerns about providing legal and ethical references please contact someone in our office either on the phone at 745-3095 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Partner with us on Internships!
The Center is your first place to look for internship related information. Our office provides listings of internship in co-op opportunities via our online career portal CareerLink and we also collect campus-wide internship data through our partnerships with academic departments and from the internship classes our office offers.
