REGISTRATION

We will begin accepting 2013 applications and deposits from current WKU Faculty/Staff/Students on Thursday April 11, from 10:00am-2:00pm AND Friday, April 12, from 1:00-5:00pm in the front lobby of the Preston Center. Registration for WKU Alumni and the general public opens Monday, April 15. All registration forms and deposits may be submitted to to the WKU IM Rec Sports office during regular business hours 8:00am-4:30pm. Our offices are located on the second floor of the Preston Center.

Camp will be comprised of nine, one-week sessions. Camp sessions are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Campers should be dropped off on Court # 3 of the Preston Center Gymnasium. Campers may arrive as early as 7:30am and must be picked up on Court # 3 no later than 4:30pm. After-care fees will be charged for any campers departing after 4:30pm

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is limited to the first 70 campers per session. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee each spot (per child, per session). The remaining balance must be recieved no later than noon on the Wednesday before each session. If a session is full, we will place any interested campers on a first-come, first-served waiting list.
