Appeal academic regulations

About Academic Regulations

The academic regulations of the Gordon Ford College of Business may be found in the WKU Catalog. These regulations were developed by the departments and the GFCB to assure that the educational objectives of the departments, GFCB, and WKU will be obtained by the students. These academic regulations have been approved by the department (where applicable), the College Curriculum Committee, the University Senate Curriculum Committee, the University Senate, and the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.

The Gordon Ford College of Business Admissions and Appeals Committee (Appeals Committee) hear requests for deviation from College requirements and make recommendations to the Dean concerning the disposition of the appeal. In addition, this committee reviews appeals of academic discipline regulations that have been appealed to and reviewed by the academic discipline. This committee is composed of one faculty member from each academic discipline and the Associate Dean. The Associate Dean serves as chair of this committee.
