Greener Groundz is dedicated to selling the finest quality freshly-roasted coffees and blended teas. All products are 100% organic. The coffee beans are always fairly traded and the herbs, berries and fruits used in tea blends are grown in our garden. All varieties are named after our pack of our Greener Houndz (rescued dogs.) Products are available at the SKY Farmers Market in Bowling Green, every Sat. from 7a-12noon and at the Cafe.

Processing livestock in Warren Co. for nearly 20 years, a Local Kentucky – bred, born, raised, finished, harvested, and processed line of beef and pork; rabbits now available. Local livestock is purchased from area small family farms; meats are processed in retail-ready packaging for resale to markets, restaurants, etc. They also operate a small cattle farm in Warren Co., themselves, Split Creek Farms. All Kentucky-line products are raised naturally, with no antibiotics and no growth promotants. All are USDA inspected and processed in a modern 5600 sq. ft. processing facility, located on the farm; only USDA Choice and Prime grade meats are offered. Inspired by Holland’s cheese-making tradition, Kenny Mattingly produces authentic natural gourmet cheeses from milk produced by healthy hormone-free cows raised on the Mattingly farm. Visitors are welcome to the 200 acre family farm located in Barren Co. Cheeses are sold at the Nutrition Center. Verdi’s offers Bosnian, Greek and German foods. Its owners have launched an initiative to make the restaurant as eco-friendly as possible. They use organic and locally grown foods whenever possible, ‘to go’ containers made from corn, energy efficient lighting, recycles paper products, etc. Food wastes are composted and all cardboard, plastic and glass is recycled.
