Faculty and students have both taken on a decidedly ambition track beyond providing comprehensive classroom instruction on tools and technique to embrace a larger function as pre professional practitioners.
Students, reflecting the expanding involvement of their mentor faculty, are rising to new levels of performance and productivity beyond the classroom.
All indicators for 2003-2004 as documented in the just completed Six year Academic Program Review and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design Accreditation Review show positive developments in program evolution, facility improvement and faculty breadth of involvement. All of these factors come together to create a vital and energetic learning environment, which attracts students by its diversity, quality and vision. That vision is communicated broadly to alumni, constituents and potential students through our newly constructed web site and is an effective and ample demonstration of the Universities Strategic Plan in Action. .
