What is the AMS Institute?

The department of Architectural and Manufacturing Sciences provides faculty and students with the opportunity to partner with business, industry and the community through the Architectural and Manufacturing Sciences Institute.

Architectural Services:

  • The Architectural Sciences section of the AMS Institute offers professional design services, construction documentation production, and computer-generated rendering and animations.
  • This variety of expertise allows the students of AMSI to apply the academic lessons of the classroom to 'real world' projects, further preparing them for their future careers.
  • All student work is performed under a licensed architect's direct supervision.

Manufacturing Services:

  • The Manufacturing section of the AMSI gives students the experience of working in the field using some of the latest technology available. This provides hands-on 'real world' applications of their classroom knowledge.
