Sulfur Analyzer


The sulfur analyzer is used to measure total sulfur concentrations in various solid materials. Typically, approximately 0.2 grams of sample is loaded into a sample boat and pushed into a hot combustion tube in a stream of oxygen. The sample burns, forming sulfur oxides which are detected and measured by the unit.
