Eligibility

The Program Leaders may determine other eligibility requirements, but at a minimum, all applicants need to meet these requirements: 

  • Full payment prior to departure.
  • Completion of all pre-departure orientations.
  • Permission of instructor.
  • Complete Registration form.

Program Package

This program runs in conjunction with the New York City Theatre and Broadway program. Students have the option to participate in both programs simultaneously.

Base Package:  $1,999

  • Seven-night of economy accommodations in New York City
  • Ticket for eight Broadway/Off Broadway shows
  • Airport transfer in New York City
  • 7 Day Metro Card in New York City
  • Admission to Museum of Modern Art
  • Round-trip flight between Nashville and New York City

Premium Package:  $2,499 (Price based on double occupancy. $350 single supplement optional.)

  • Seven-nights of hotel accommodations in New York City
  • Tickets for eight Broadway/Off Broadway shows
  • Airport transfer in New York City
  • 7 Day Metro Card in New York City
  • Admission to Museum of Modern Art
  • Round-trip flight between Nashville and New York City

New Yorker Package: Cost:  $1,099

  • Tickets for eight Broadway/Off Broadway shows
  • Admission to Museum of Modern Art
  • Inclusion in all classes and discussions

Excluded from all Packages

  • Items not explicitly listed in package.
  • Transportation between your departure airport and your home.
  • Independent travel (non-program travel).
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, phone service, and Internet access.
  • Tips for guides and drivers not included in program-related activity.
  • Travel cancellation/interruption insurance. Recommended.
  • Baggage fees and costs associated with flight changes.
  • Meals & Services not mentioned in the program

Logistical Considerations

  • Participants are encouraged to navigate New York City without immediate supervision of program leaders.
  • The highest levels of professionalism are required for all participants.
