Submission of Hours
All submissions must be from ALIVE Center volunteers, organizations that recruit volunteers through ALIVE Center services, individuals who have participated in service opportunities that the Center promotes.
Hours should include service from January 1st - December 31st of the previous year, with the exception of the lifetime award.
Deadline: Record of service hours must be submitted by February 12th this year.
Announcement of Winners: Service hours are verified in February, winners are notified in March and recognized in April.
Submission FAQS
- Nonprofit organizations can submit hours on behalf of volunteers to be recognized.
- Volunteers may use the volunteer verification form or similar form from a nonprofit organization.
- Bring the volunteer verification to the ALIVE Center or email it to alivebg@wku.edu.
- Volunteer groups are eligible to receive the award.
