Kids  - 14 and younger	Adults - Ages 26 and up	Young Adults -15-25	Families and Groups (2 or more people)*

Gold - 100 or more	Gold - 500 or more	Gold - 250 or more	Gold - 1,000 or more hours

Families and Groups (two or more people)*

*Each member contributing at least 25 hours towards the total

Hours should include service from January 1st - December 31st of the previous year, with the exception of the lifetime award.

Deadline: Record of service hours must be submitted by February 10th this year.

Announcement of Winners: Service hours are verified in February, winners are notified in March and recognized in April.

Submission FAQS

• Nonprofit organizations can submit hours on behalf of volunteers to be recognized.
• Volunteers may use the volunteer verification form or similar form from a nonprofit organization.
• Bring the volunteer verification to the ALIVE Center or email it to alivebg@wku.edu.
• Volunteer groups are eligible to receive the award.
