Who Can Use Meeting Space and Equipment?

Meeting space and equipment can be reserved by nonprofit organizations, WKU faculty/staff, and WKU student groups for university use.

Meeting Space

The ALIVE Center offers two conference rooms free of charge. The conference rooms are available for meetings Sunday through Saturday, 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Please contact us about reserving the room at 270-782-0082. The ALIVE Center office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

Large Conference Room large

The large conference room has 15-8ft tables, 7-6ft tables, and 51 chairs, which can be arranged in different formations to accommodate your needs. Recommended room capacity is 60. If tables are required, recommended room capacity is 50.

This room is equipped with a projector and screen, DVD and VHS player, and a computer with internet access. Wireless internet is available to users with current WKU login and password. Two coffeemakers are available for your use. Organizations need to bring their own coffee-making supplies, e.g., filters, cups, coffee, creamer. A small kitchen is located in the small conference room.

Small Conference Room

The small conference room table seats up to 10 people comfortably. There is a dry erase board in this room. Wireless internet is available to users with current WKU login and password. Two coffeemakers are available for use with meetings. Organizations need to bring their own coffee-making supplies, e.g., filters, cups, coffee, creamer. A small kitchen is located in the small conference room.

Reservations must be made by a staff member of a nonprofit organization, WKU faculty or staff, or student group officer.
