Service Description: D-EPA oversees the Warren County Solid Waste Management Plan, which includes the administration of solid waste and recycling franchises. D-EPA works with the Warren County Attorney's Office, Sherriff’s Department, Kentucky State Police and the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet in the investigation of environmental violations. D-EPA also serves as a referral agency for code enforcement issues, including property maintenance complaints.
