Cost: $200 intake fee of which $25 is refundable, $70/wk
Service Description: The Haven 4 Change Apartment Community is a residential facility with support services for recovering women. The facility houses up to 17 women with their children (up to the age of 12). The program requires a minimum of six months to graduate. On-site case management, and collaborations with local human service agencies, are provided. Following completion of the program, women can be transitioned into permanent housing or home ownership through the local Community Housing Development Organization, HANDS, Inc. Transitional housing, as well. Requirements before entry are 28 day in-patient treatment program or intensive outpatient treatment program.
