Hours: T-F 8am-4pm for Dental Clinic / M-F 8am-5pm for Medical Clinic
Cost: Sliding fee scale - accept Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance and Uninsured
Service Description: A community-oriented facility providing financially and culturally accessible health care for the diverse population in Warren and surrounding counties in South Central Kentucky. Bosnian and Spanish translators are available. Prescription assistance programs providing patients with free or reduced cost medications are available. Comprehensive medical and dental care including well child, lab and preventive care. Fee determined by patient's ability to pay.
