Service Description: Programs and services include Adult Education and Job Development, Childcare Centers, Community Collaborations for Children - Support Services Aides, Community Services Block Grants, Emergency Food and Shelter, Education and Human Services Center, Family Preservation, Family Reunification, and FACTS, Foster Grandparent Program, Food Service, Head Start, Home Energy Assistance, Senior Centers, Supportive Housing, Transportation, and Weatherization
