Hours: Free Clinic:T&Th starting at 5pm, Business hours: M-Th 8am-4pm, F 8am-noon
Cost: Proof of employment is required at every visit
Service Description: Provides basic medical and dental services to individuals who are in the workforce but do not have insurance or any form of social assistance and do not have the means to pay for their healthcare; Senior medication program for clients age 65 and over who have Medicare but no supplemental income for medications; income guidelines vary per program please call for more information
