ESL, or English as a Second Language, classes are available throughout the Bowling Green Community on a weekly basis. These courses are put on by organizations within the community, and some provide transportation as well as childcare. Please refer to the calendar and information below for more details. Serves area foreign-born families through advocacy, facilitation of economic self-sufficiency, and empowerment of the communities, while supporting cultural integrity and family solidarity. Services include Refugee resettlement, social services, immigration assistance, interpreting/translating, English Language Training, citizenship education/assistance, computer skills training, job placement, advocacy, community orientation, passport/green card photos, elder and youth programs, clothes and food assistance. Recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals.
