Besides
meeting Graduate Studies admissions requirements,
applicants for this degree should have an undergraduate
major or area of concentration in agriculture or a
related science. Persons admitted with a non-agriculture
undergraduate degree may be required to complete
pertinent undergraduate courses in agriculture, at the
discretion of the departmental graduate committees.
Master of Arts in Education -
Agriculture, #053 or minor #001
This program provides graduate course work in agriculture and meets
Kentucky certification requirements. The student majoring in agriculture
shall take a minimum of 18 hours in the major area; the student with a
minor in agriculture shall take a minimum of 12 hours in agriculture and
related areas as designated by the departmental advisor. The remaining
hours, in both cases, will be taken in professional education. For
