SHOW ARENA

The total arena area is 36,619 square feet, which includes seating area and arena floor. The show arena includes a 100' x 200' (18,000 square feet) soil floor which can be compacted or attenuated, chair seating for 2,076 and a sound system. The show arena has a multipurpose highly concentrated sand floor that can accommodate various events. The arena floor can be compacted for events such as concerts, or groomed and cultivated to appropriate footing for all types of equine and livestock events. The arena can be used for such events such as rodeos, horse shows, equipment demonstrations and trade shows. |

The Holding Area adjoins the Show Arena and has a total area of 7,722 square feet. It has an 84' x 92' concrete floor that can be used to house livestock, serve as a makeup area, or hold exhibits. This area is adjacent to both the show and sale arenas and includes two heated wash racks and restrooms, which include showers and lockers. The Holding Area will accommodate 90 4' x 5' hog/sheep pens, 49 8' x 8' horse or cattle pens, and 90 4' cattle tie spaces. Portable panels allow customization of pen configurations to suit individual needs.
