This new program is designed to offer local, regional, and state organizations an annual partnership with the L.D. Brown Ag Expo Center for a combination of banner and multi-media advertising space. Successful applicants will have an extremely high-profile and very exclusive presence for a full 12 month season of events, student activities, seminars, local patrons, and out-of-state exhibitors.
The Expo is offering a limited number of 10' (ten foot) and 5' (five foot) banner spaces above the concourse in the main arena, that can be purchased singly, as a mirror image on both sides, each in combination with space on our 42" LCD Flat-Screen "Virtual Bulletin Board" located in our lobby as you enter the building. All Ad Partners will be listed as such on our website, prominence being determined by package choice.
Let us do the work! The package price includes fabrication, installation, and maintenance of all banners, design being coordinated with your business or organization's representative. Complete details are provided with your application request and can also be downloaded from our website.

Additional Information
*All packages are for one full year of display, based on a calendar year of January 1st through December 31st. The Virtual Bulletin Board loops continuously throughout each day and for the duration of the all events held at the Expo Center.
*Early-Riser Special: As a special introductory offer, agreements signed and returned anytime in 2008 will be installed 30 days after payment is received and will not need renewal prior to December of 2009.
*Banner space availability is limited, so placement choices will be given based on the date your application is received.
*Once you become an Ad Partner, additional benefits include reduced rates and first right-of-refusal on annual renewal space, exclusive offers in future expansions and listing in the contract package sent by the Expo to both existing and new event managers.

*Note: Expo Sponsors automatically receive one (1) 12' x 4' banner on the South End for the duration of their sponsorship with free production of a new banner at the beginning of each year.
*West Concourse: Ten (10) total 10' x 3' banner spots; 4 (4) total 5' x 3' banner spots
*East Concourse: Nine (9) total 10' x 3' banner spots; Four (4) total 5' x 3' banner spots
*Mirror Image Banners: Mirror image package numbers are derived from the above totals and therefore reduce the available spots on each concourse by one.
*South End: Three (3) 10' x 3' banner spots, remaining space reserved for current and future sponsors.
