WELCOME TO

the Western Kentucky University Political Engagement Project website where you can find information about political engagement, opportunities for you to participate and links to current activities. This project is designed to foster responsible democratic participation, knowledge and understanding.

Our goal is to establish a political engagement “culture” where administrators, students and faculty are self-conscious about their influence.

A political enagement culture is not only important-- it's fun. Watch the Wombat's, “All is One" animation to see how everything is "connected."

Where Do You Fit?   Confused about Blue States vs. Red States? Where do you stand on the issues? Are you liberal, moderate, conservative, or a bystander. Take the PEW Research Center Survey of Political Typologies and discover where you fit.
