On the top there is a link bar, if you scroll over journal the
first link under it is
UPDATE:
Click the Update and It will bring you to an update page, and say
whatever you have to say. Then at the bottom hit
submit.
To reply to something someone has posted there is a link right
under the post on the site itself. You don't have to log
in to do that, Just click anyomous. Sign Your name at the
end of your post. There is also a link on the page to the
Adfed website. This will be getting updated soon! I promise.
