What is the one thing that every new student should bring to campus?

Bring a camera! Whether you have an expensive Nikon or simply the camera on your phone, WKU has such a beautiful campus with breathtaking sites, you will want to document your time here.

Tips you would give students about getting involved:

Research your college, find out what organizations or events your college hosts that may involve your major. It's the best way to get involved and meet people with similar interests.

Other campus organizations in which you are involved:

Former WKU Forensics team member for three years before resigning to focus on my major. Now a CHHS Ambassador and a member of the Student Healthcare Organization.

One piece of advice you would give an incoming freshman:

Always ask questions or for advice from advisors, teachers, even your resident advisor in your dorm. The more you know about campus and events taking place, the more comfortable you get around campus and you will get the ultimate college experience.
