Preview Weekend
We're pleased to announce that Preview Days will be held in Fall 2011 and Winter 2012. Middle and high school students and their families are invited to attend Preview Days to tour Schneider Hall, speak with Gatton Academy students, their parents, and staff while experiencing life within the Gatton Academy community.

Information Sessions
To learn more about the Gatton Academy in your local area, check out our list of Community Information Sessions. This fall, we'll conduct several sessions across Kentucky and online through webinars. Information sessions allow prospective students and their families the opportunity to speak with Academy students and staff without traveling to Bowling Green.
Academic Forms
To be completed by students taking over 19 hours (including seminar) during their 1st , 2nd, & 3rd semesters or for seniors taking over 18 hours of coursework in their last semester.
Courses outside of Ogden College of Science & Engineering may be approved as a STEM Elective on a case-by-case basis providing content is sufficiently linked to a core math and/or science principle.
Conducted during the 5th week of each semester. Students are asked to take this form to all instructors for their 200 level and above courses. Dates of assessment will be provided via email from the Coordinator for Academic Services.
Research Forms
To be signed by Gatton Academy students and their research mentor at the onset of each semester of a student's research experience. Completed forms should be turned in to Derick Strode, Coordinator: Research, Internships and Scholarships.
Research Supplies Grant (RSG) Application
$250 grants given to the faculty mentor/department to be used for supplies a Gatton Academy student may need to conduct research. Applications for RSGs are accepted throughout the year. Grants are given at a maximum rate of one per student, per academic year.

Research Internship Grant Application
Up to $3,000 awards (based on duration) offered to defray the expenses associated with Gatton Academy juniors' summer research/internship experiences. The application contains a full description of the grant and further details.
