In Microsoft Outlook, in your left-side pane, click on the icon that looks like a manila folder at the very bottom. This will give you access to Public Folders in your mail folders.
Expand Public Folders, expand All Public Folders, Expand UNIVERSITY-WIDE, and you will have the options to open the following calendars: Academic Calendar, Deans Calendar, Department Heads Calendar, and Provost Calendar.
