- M.A. (Historic Preservation/Museum Studies), Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Mr. Mullin has been an Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Library Special Collections since 2004. He was previously Director of the Museum Division at the Historical Society of Delaware in Wilmington. Before that, he served as the Director of Magnolia Mound Plantation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
