  Rob has been a member of the Department of Library Public Services staff since 2001. He received his MLIS from from Florida State University in 2004, and is currently working on an M.A. in History. Rob works in Reference and Periodicals Sunday through Thursday in the afternoon and evening. He also answers questions on the library's online reference service WILLS (Western's Interactive Live Library Service). He also works on the Web Site team and the Library's Blog.
