Kentucky Libraries & Archives
  A list of Kentucky libraries and archives compiled by the WKU Library faculty, including Kentucky Commonwealth Virtual Library, the Kentucky Historical Society and the Kentucky Department of Libraries and Archives.
Kentucky Library Association
  KLA is a chapter of the American Library Association and an affiliate of the Southeastern Library Association.
Tennessee State Library & Archives
  This library of the Tennessee State Department has collections of the state's history, genealogy, archives, and manuscripts. Its Web site links to the Tennessee Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped and the state's Regional Library System. It also provides a Virtual Reference Desk and quick reference links.

  Get library information such as hours, services, collections and contacts apart from access to its online catalog and databases. Available also is information on the Kentucky museum, including its open hours, exhibits and collections. Some exhibits are accessible on the web.

American Association for State and Local History
  The American Association for State and Local History provides leadership, service, and support for its members, who preserve and interpret state and local history in order to make the past more meaningful in American Society.
American Library Association
  This ALA official site provides up-to-date information about the organization and its divisions, book lists and awards, events and conferences. If you are a member, use its Online Customer Service Center (OCSC) to view and update your member information or register for conferences.

  WMA is a nonprofit association, which encourages paid and unpaid museum professionals to create strong institutions by providing them with professional growth opportunities, forums for interaction, and fresh ideas.
