L.C. Curry Elementary School held an International Festival in which students experienced cultures all over the world. Classrooms were set up to represent various parts of the world, and students "traveled" between them. Lynne Ferguson provided an exhibit on South Africa and Zimbabwe. Included in the exhibit were replicas of masks, batik textile art, carvings, jewelry, music, and a display on traditional regalia.
