PHOTOCOPIES
From paper 8.5" x 11" or 8.5 " x 14" -- 10 cents per page
From paper 8.5" x 17"-- 20 cents per page
From microfilm -- 25 cents per page

FOR 1 TO 20 Photocopies, add $1.50 postage and handling.
For more than 20 photocopies, contact us for a quote of the cost of postage and handling.

PHOTOGRAPHS & IMAGES*
*The prices in this section pertain to prints made by an out-of-house photography studio.
5" x 7" photo prints -- $20.00
8" x 10" photo prints -- $30.00
4" x 5" color transparency -- contact us

SCANNED IMAGES OR PAGES*
Cost per scan (72 dpi) -- $5.00
Cost of emailing images No Charge
Scan saved onto a CD (72 dpi) -- $3.50
Due to security concerns, WKU personnel cannot use disks or CDs supplied by patrons.

SCANNED PHOTOPRINTS**
**Unless requestor specifies otherwise prints will be scanned and printed at 72 dpi. Higher resolutions will result in a higher materials/processing fee.

Laser print on matte coated inkjet paper (up to 8" x 10") -- $7.50
Laser print on glossy photo paper (up to 8" x 10") -- $12.50

Scanned photo prints larger than 8x10 require outside studio photography.

AUDIO/VISUAL TAPES & CASSETTES:
Audio Cassette -- $10.00
Reel-to-Reel to Audio Cassette -- $25.00
Videotapes (VHS, 1/2") [30 minutes or less] -- $25.00

Publication or Exhibition Use Fees:
Non-Commercial -- $25.00
Commercial -- $100.00

Other Uses:

An additional fee applies when Kentucky Library and Museum images and artifacts are used for commercial or non-commercial purposes such as publication in books, magazines, videos, exhibits, etc. Review our guidelines for the use of images in publications and exhibitions or contact us for more information.
