the Planet: The Kentucky Heritage Quilt Society Annual Show
May 22 - June 7, 2009
The theme for the 2009 KHQS
Annual Show is "save
the planet". The quilts and wall hangings included will
be made into patterns depicting the seasons, the world (World
Without End, Wonder of the World, etc), natural phenomena
(Ocean waves, Storms at Sea, etc.) with fabric featuring clouds,
waves, water, animals, planets, and other nature themes.
KHQS member Becky Leavy will lead a gallery talk at 5:15 and
6:15 on Friday, June 5. For more information, email Lynne
